Admission Process

Admissions at Nazareth Residential School are based on a fair and transparent procedure, driven by entrance tests, interviews, and screening. Our goal is to ensure that the student body reflects the diversity and richness of our society while maintaining high academic and ethical standards.

Steps for Admission:

  1. Application Form: Download the admission form from our website or collect it from the school office.

  2. Entrance Test/Interview: Candidates are required to appear for an entrance test and/or interview, depending on the class they are applying for.

  3. Document Submission: Submit the required documents along with the completed application form.

  4. Admission Confirmation: Selected candidates will be notified, and admission will be confirmed upon payment of fees.

Eligibility Criteria

Admissions are open for students from  Class I - Class XII . The eligibility criteria vary depending on the class:

For Classes I to IX :

  • Candidates must produce the following documents:

    1. Progress Report/Mark Statement/Assessment Card (Xerox copy attested by a gazetted officer or school principal of the last school attended).

    2. Provisional Certificate from the last school attended (Original).

    3. Character Certificate from the last school attended (Original).

    4. Transfer Certificate from the last school attended (Original).

    5. Two recent passport-sized photographs.

For Class XI (Science Stream):

  • Candidates must have passed the Class X Board Exam from a recognized CBSE/ICSE/State Board school.

  • Minimum marks required:

    • 45% in Science and Mathematics for ST/SC candidates.

    • 50% in Science and Mathematics for General candidates.

    • 60% aggregate for all candidates.

  • Admissions are based on marks/grades obtained in the qualifying test/interview and availability of seats.

Documents Required for Class XI Admission:

  1. Mark Sheet (1 attested Xerox copy).

  2. Provisional Certificate (Original).

  3. Character Certificate (Original).

  4. Admit Card (1 attested Xerox copy).

  5. Two passport-sized photographs.

  6. Transfer Certificate from the last school attended (Original).

  7. Migration Certificate (Original) from the board last attended.

Fee Structure
